THE STRENGTH AND PASSION SUPPORTING THE QUEEN OF THE AMERICAS
In a year when the world’s attention turns to North America, Jaguar Parade takes the field to compete for the most important title of all: the future of our biodiversity.
Harnessing the vibrant energy and global visibility that only a host of major events can offer, the initiative transforms culture into awareness and art into action.
Through the colors, forms, and narratives of artists, we give voice to the jaguar at a moment when the world is watching. A collective call to protect one of the greatest symbols of the Americas.
WHAT IS
JAGUAR PARADE?
Jaguar Parade® is an art movement driven by a powerful purpose: preserving biodiversity and restoring ecological balance.
The jaguar, the largest feline in the Americas, is a keystone species and a vital indicator of environmental health, playing a crucial role in maintaining natural ecosystems.
Through open-air cultural exhibitions, Jaguar Parade brings art and purpose to iconic urban landscapes. Sculptures created by artists transform these spaces into open-air galleries, sparking curiosity and inspiring reflection on conservation.
At the end of each edition, the artworks are auctioned, with proceeds supporting initiatives dedicated to protecting the jaguar and the biodiversity it represents.
Jaguar Parade has already reached more than 30 million people in person. Across digital platforms and media coverage, the project has surpassed 336 million views and generated R$77 million in earned media. More than just impressive figures, these numbers reflect a movement in constant expansion – growing with each edition, engaging new audiences, and amplifying its impact.
ART AS A FORCE
FOR CHANGE
Jaguar Parade goes beyond art, it is a platform for awareness and transformation. We translate scientific knowledge into emotion, connection, and collective action. From the streets of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Belo Horizonte to international editions in Paris, New York, and Colombia, we bring the message of conservation to diverse audiences around the world.
Our ambition is to grow even further—expanding this global network of art, education, and impact to new countries, new communities, and new opportunities for conservation.
By uniting artists, scientists, brands, and the public, Jaguar Parade transforms each sculpture into a powerful intersection of art and activism—a movement that inspires care, raises awareness, and invites every individual to take part in protecting one of the most iconic symbols of biodiversity.
Onçafari 15 Years:
Playing for the Future of the Jaguar
This edition carries even greater significance as it celebrates Onçafari’s 15th anniversary. For a decade and a half, the organization has worked tirelessly on the front lines of conservation, combining science, ecotourism, and reintroduction efforts to ensure that the jaguar’s roar continues to echo through our forests.
Jaguar Parade Miami 2026 is also conceived as a tribute to this legacy. At the close of the exhibition, the traditional auction will allocate 100% of net proceeds to advancing the next chapters of this story.
More than supporting an event, this is an opportunity to directly invest in the regeneration of our fauna and flora, and in the future of biodiversity.

THE CAUSE
The jaguar (Panthera onca), the largest feline in the Americas, is a powerful symbol of strength and ecological balance. Today, it faces growing threats from habitat loss, wildfires, deforestation, illegal hunting, human-wildlife conflict, and climate change, putting not only the species at risk, but the entire web of biodiversity that depends on it.
Why the jaguar? Because it is an umbrella species. Protecting the jaguar means safeguarding vast ecosystems and the countless species that inhabit them. As an apex predator requiring large, preserved territories, its survival reflects the health of the environments it calls home. The pressures it faces have led to a significant decline in its population.
To protect the jaguar is to protect vital ecosystems – tropical forests, rivers, and wetlands – that sustain life far beyond a single species, including our own.
