Terms and Conditions – Digital Art

 

 

The world’s largest and successful public art event in aid of jaguar conservation comes to New York City!

And besides having jaguar sculptures all over the city, the Jaguar Parade NYC will also have an NFT auction.

It means that artists from all over the world will create and submit art projects that will be minted and auctioned as NFTs.

Jaguar Parade’s NFT Auction will generate funds for the Implementing Organizations: WWF, WCS, Panthera, and The Lion’s Share.

NFTs AND SUSTAINABILITY
We are aware of the energy consumed to generate and transact NFTs. We believe, however, that we can use cryptoarts as a powerful tool to create awareness and resources to defend our planet.

At this first moment, we will neutralize the impacts with carbon offsetting. We are evaluating the most sustainable technologies to use in favor of the project, generating broad benefits for the cause.

Who will select the artworks?
The Jaguar Parade and the Implementing Organizations will create a committee to evaluate and select the artworks.

How many digital artworks will be selected?
The committee will carefully select 40 artworks.

Where will the NFTs be auctioned?
Opensea.

When will the drops take place?
On key dates during 2022, such as World Wildlife Day (March 03) and Earth Day (April 22)

How many artworks can I submit?
Up to two artworks.

What’s the percentage?

40% for the cause
15% for the artist
15% for Jaguar Parade
30% Development and Promotion
(website, social media, promotion videos, ads, etc.)

Who will mint and pay for the gas fees?
It’s totally on us.

What Kind of Art May I Submit?
Image, Video, Audio, or 3D Model.

And What About the File Types?
File types supported: JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, MP4, WEBM, MP3, WAV, OGG, GLB, GLTF. Max size: 100 MB

What is the maximum size of the file?
100MB

 

It will be the same for all of them: 0.02 ETH, but the sky is the limit 🙂

Who receives the royalties for future sales of my artwork?
It will generate funds for the Jaguar Parade and the Implementing Organizations to keep the fight for the jaguars and our environment.

Jaguar Parade NYC is open to all artists, from the acclaimed to the amateur, from anywhere in the world.

What You Need To Do

Step 1: Read the terms

Step 2: Make your Design Idea by hand or graphic software and digitize it.

Step 3: Register and Submit your design idea(s)

 

 

Important 

All material submitted as part of the application will become the property of ARTERY GLOBAL CORP.

You may submit more than one design.

Jaguar Parade team will review your application as soon as it is submitted to ensure that it complies with the guidelines. If approved, your design will become part of the portfolio and be made available for auction on OpenSea.

Artists should remember that the audience will be broad-based and of all ages, and designs should be appropriate for public display. Designs that are religious, political, or sexual in nature will not be accepted. Additionally, neither corporate logos nor advertising is allowed. As outlined below, designs will be evaluated to make sure they meet these guidelines. Jaguar Parade may reject any design that, in its sole discretion, does not adhere to these guidelines.

By submitting your application, you confirm that:
1. You are the original creator of your design.
2. You have not copied anyone else’s original work.
3. Your design does not infringe on anyone else’s intellectual property rights (for example, trademark, copyrights, trade dress, design patent).
4. If anyone else has contributed to your design, you’ll need to get a signed, written agreement from that person assigning all of their rights in their contribution to you and attach the files.

As part of the application process, you must accept these terms and conditions.

Please note that all application materials become the property of Artery Global Corporation.

 

By submitting this application, I agree to all of the attached Call For Artists terms, and all such terms are now incorporated into this application. I certify that all statements made in this application are true to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge that Artery Global Corporation is not liable for damage or loss of materials submitted.
